Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged Items: Products received in a broken or unusable condition.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

- 7-Day Window: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
- Change of Mind: To maintain our hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Shipping & Costs
- Non-Refundable Charges: Original delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: The cost of shipping the product back to our facility is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund.
- Timeline: Please allow 7 working days after we receive the product back for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
